What is your minimum order quantity?
Most grades start at 25 kg (one drum). Trial lots start at 1 kg, so your QC and formulation teams can validate the material before you commit to volume. We quote container loads on request.
Do you send free samples?
Yes. Samples of standard grades are free for brands, contract manufacturers and distributors. We dispatch within 5 working days by express courier, with the COA for the lot the sample came from.
Are you a manufacturer?
We are a specialist supplier and exporter. We work with a network of qualified GMP extraction facilities across India, add independent testing and export documentation, and act as your single accountable point of contact for every lot.
Which documents come with a shipment?
Every shipment includes the lot COA, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and bill of lading or air waybill. TDS, SDS, heavy-metal, pesticide, EtO and microbiology reports, plus allergen, GMO, BSE/TSE and residual-solvent statements, are available for every grade. Phytosanitary certificates are provided where the destination requires them.
Which Incoterms and payment terms do you offer?
We work to Incoterms® 2020: FOB or CIF from Indian seaports, FCA or CIP for air freight, and DAP or DDP to selected markets. First orders are normally paid by wire transfer. Repeat buyers can move to payment against documents or a letter of credit at sight.
Can you supply organic, kosher or halal grades?
Many botanicals are available as certified organic, kosher or halal, provided the producing facility holds the certification for that grade. For organic, that means NPOP (India), USDA NOP or EU organic certification, depending on your market. We share the certificates with the quote so you can verify them before ordering.
Can you develop a custom specification?
Yes. We can adjust the assay level, test method, particle size, carrier (or none), extraction solvent and packaging. Tell us the target and the application, and we'll confirm feasibility and price.
